Here is the expected VM configuration if you want public networking:

MACVTAP enp4s0f0
IP Address: 199.15.253.203/29
Gateway: 199.15.253.201

Please only use this IP address for your public facing VM’s.

Private VM’s can use NAT.

Everything else you can configure as you wish.
