I am not sure where the Neighborhood Council is in this discussion for Leimert Park effort. Between Open Street Map and City of Los Angeles there is a lot of available data.

I worked through the Crenshaw Specific Plan overlay a few years ago and having this with RHNA https://www.dropbox.com/sh/6v78x3x60bvacs1/AADd3ZxypP4F760VBJ-8pC_Ka?dl=0 association would be very helpful to understand the relationship of Jobs and Housing in the area.

I am interested in a Project Base approach to using tools and defining effort.

Is there a clear "Problem Statement" for Neighborhood Council in Leimert Park?
